Questions you'd probably ask
What compression level is this?
15–20 mmHg graduated compression. That's the level Australian podiatrists most commonly recommend for working women — firm enough to actually help with leg fatigue, ankle swelling and circulation, but not so tight that you can't wear them through a full shift.
If you have a diagnosed medical condition that requires higher (20–30 mmHg or above), talk to your doctor first.
Do they really help with ankle swelling?
Yes — for most people. The graduated compression squeezes firmest at the ankle and eases up the calf, which helps blood and fluid move back toward your heart instead of pooling.
Most women feel the difference within their first few shifts. If you don't feel a difference in 30 days, refund.
Can I wear them all day?
Yes. 15–20 mmHg is designed to be worn through 8–12 hour shifts comfortably. Most women slip them on before their shift and take them off when they're home.
Don't sleep in them.
How do I wash them?
Cold machine wash, inside out, in a laundry bag. Air dry. Don't tumble dry — heat breaks down the compression fibres.
Most pairs hold their shape for 50+ washes.
Do they work with my KangaFeet insoles?
Yes — they're designed to. The insoles handle your feet, the socks handle ankle to knee. Most women feel a real difference using both together.
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping across Australia (3–7 business days) and New Zealand (5–10 business days) with full tracking.
What if they don't work for me?
You've got 30 days to wear them through real shifts. If they don't help, email us with your order number and we'll refund every cent. No need to send anything back.
