How long does delivery take?

  • Australia: 3–7 business days with full tracking
  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days with full tracking

During peak periods (Black Friday, end-of-year sales, sudden demand spikes) delivery can stretch by 2–3 business days. We'll always send you a tracking link the moment your pair ships.


How much does shipping cost?

  • Australia: FREE on every order
  • New Zealand: FREE on every order

When does my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm AEST/AEDT on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.


Will I get tracking?

Yes β€” every single order gets full tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking link the moment your KangaFeet are picked up by the courier.


What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, email support@kangafeet.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately. We'll either locate it or resend you a new pair, at no cost to you.


Do you ship to PO boxes & parcel lockers?

Yes β€” Australia Post and our NZ courier accept PO Box and parcel locker delivery.


What about international shipping outside AU/NZ?
