Questions you'd probably ask
Will KangaFeet fit in my work shoes?
Yes, in almost every case. KangaFeet are deliberately slim — they fit Crocs, Hokas, runners, clogs, flats, loafers, sneakers, Blunnies and work boots.
Lift out your existing insert, drop these in. There are trim-to-fit lines printed on the underside, so 30 seconds with kitchen scissors gets you a perfect fit.
How many pairs should I order?
One pair if you wear the same shoes every shift. Most women buy two or three — one in the wash, one in your everyday shoes, one in the spare pair you rotate to. Bundles knock up to £40 off the per-pair price.
Are KangaFeet really designed in Australia?
Yes. The geometry was developed with an AHPRA-registered Australian podiatrist over 18 months. The wear-testing was done by 1,000+ Aussie women in nursing, teaching, retail, hospo and trades, through real shifts on real Aussie floors, before we sold a single pair.
We ship internationally now, but the design started on a hospital ward in NSW.
I've tried gel and memory foam — why will this be different?
Most off-the-shelf insoles only add cushion. The cushion compresses by lunchtime and you're back where you started.
KangaFeet adds a structured arch shell and a deep heel cup underneath the cushion. So your foot stays held in a neutral position whether it's hour one or hour twelve. The cushion still feels good — it's just not doing all the work.
How fast will I feel a difference?
Most women feel something in the first shift — arch lifted, heel held, less pressure on the ball of the foot.
Full adaptation takes about a week if you've been compensating with poor posture for years. Give it that long before you judge.
Will they help with plantar fasciitis?
KangaFeet were designed with plantar fasciitis sufferers specifically in mind. The arch shell + heel cup combination is the same approach AHPRA podiatrists recommend clinically.
Plenty of our reviews come from women who finally stopped dreading their first steps in the morning. KangaFeet aren't a medical device though — if you have a diagnosed condition, talk to your podiatrist first.
How long does shipping take?
UK orders ship free and arrive in 5–7 business days with full tracking. Black Friday and end-of-year can stretch to 10. Australia: 7–10 days. Rest of world: 10–14, calculated at checkout.
What if they don't work for me?
You've got 30 days to wear them through real shifts. If they don't change your evenings, email us with your order number and we'll refund every cent.
No need to send anything back. No questions asked. About 2% of customers take us up on it — the honest number.
